Where do you offer seasonal porch styling?

Accepted Answer

Friendswood delivery and installation are included. For locations outside Friendswood, a $10 delivery fee applies for each additional 10 miles, or portion thereof. Availability outside the area is confirmed before your reservation is finalized.

How does the reservation process work?

Choose your preferred collection and purchase online to reserve your spot. We’ll reach out after your purchase to confirm your installation window and any details we need. Spots are first-paid, first-served.

What is included in a collection?

Accepted Answer

Each collection is centered on thoughtfully selected pumpkins, with sourcing, delivery, and professional installation included. Your designer may incorporate complementary seasonal décor where it best serves the scale, architecture, and overall composition of your porch. Final selections are made with the finished design in mind.

Question 4

Do you offer seasonal refreshes or post-season removal?

Accepted Answer

Seasonal refreshes are not offered at this time. Post-season removal is available for an added fee and covers the removal of the pumpkins and décor installed by Born Again Home as part of your original display. Removal does not include porch cleaning or cleanup beyond the items we installed; homeowners remain responsible for any cleaning needed after the pumpkins are removed.

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

Purchase is completed online at checkout. Full payment reserves your installation window. Once payment is made, it is final and non-refundable because materials and inventory are secured specifically for your display.

What happens if weather affects my installation?

Accepted Answer

We carefully monitor the forecast and will contact you if weather requires an adjustment to your installation timing. When conditions allow, we will reschedule within the available installation schedule and give your porch the same thoughtful attention to detail.

Yes. Born Again Home welcomes reservations from local businesses seeking a polished, professionally styled seasonal entrance.
