At Born Again Home, we believe your home should do the same.

Whether it's selecting the perfect finishes for the kitchen where your family will gather for Christmas or thoughtfully sourcing furnishings that invite friends to linger around the table, a well-designed home has the power to make people feel welcomed, known, loved, and at peace. Beautiful spaces aren't just about aesthetics—they become the backdrop for life's most meaningful moments.

As a little girl growing up in her grandparents' antique mall in Houston, Kelly witnessed firsthand how carefully curated pieces could transform a space and tell a story. That early appreciation for beauty, craftsmanship, and meaningful design eventually grew into a calling.

In 2020, Kelly and her husband, Mike, founded Born Again Home in the Lake Travis area with a shared passion for helping people create homes they love. In July 2024, a call back to Kelly's hometown of Friendswood, Texas, led them to pause their interior design business to help modernize and manage her family's 60-year-old storage business. During that season, they also began renovating Kelly's childhood home—the project that became one of the greatest inspirations behind Born Again Home.

Today, while they are only accepting limited full-service interior design clients, Kelly, Mike, and their oldest son, Eli, are excited to introduceThe Pretty Porch Initiative—a seasonal porch styling service launching in Fall 2026 that helps homeowners create beautiful first impressions and welcoming spaces for gathering with the people they love.

At the end of the day, our greatest inspiration isn't found in the latest design trend—it's found around our own table. As parents of three energetic boys, two German Shepherds, and one very opinionated cat named Bagheera, we know firsthand that the best homes aren't perfect. They're lived in, loved well, and filled with meaningful moments. That's the heart behind everything we create at Born Again Home.
